Contains: White Willow bark, Boswellia serrata, Sencha, Curcuma longa, Piper guineense, Fennel seed, Black Cumin, Clove, Ginger, Leonurus and Estel Herbs Special Blend.
Preparation:
As a food supplement, drink herbal tea 3 times a day before or after a meal.
Incase of loose tea Use 1 full teaspoon in 250ml boiling water OR Immerse 1 teabag in 230ml hot water, cover and allow to steep for 15 mins, press tea bag against mug to extract more tea.
Best drank hot or warm to get the therapeutic benefit.
Can be used as mouthwash in the case of toothache.
Intensive Therapy: Immerse 2 bags in 500ml hot water in an insulated mug or vacuum flask, allow to steep for 1 to 2 hours. Drink at any time of the day.
For Super benefit: Empty a tea bag OR 1 Teaspoon in 180ml juice or Smoothie blend and drink immediately.
Best served without sweetener, except honey.

Sensitivity to aspirin: People with ASTHMA, STOMACH ULCERS, DIABETES, GOUT, HEMOPHILIA, HYPOPROTHROMBINEMIA, or KIDNEY or LIVER DISEASE might be sensitive to aspirin and also willow bark. Using willow bark might cause serious allergic reactions. Avoid use.
Surgery: Willow bark might slow blood clotting. There is a concern it could cause extra bleeding during and after surgery. Stop using willow bark at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
