Always shake bottle before use: Internal: It is recommended to drink neat or with water or non-flavored tea

To improve appetite: Take half an hour before principal meals;

To strengthen the body during convalescence after infectious or other long-term diseases: Take after principal meals. 2-3 times 5ml daily neat or diluted.
